The Los Angeles Taste

There’s nothing quite like walking on-set at Paramount Pictures Studios to experience one of our industries finest events, The Taste, courtesy of The Los Angeles Times. With the red carpet treatment that spilled into rows of tents covering the streets of famous movie sets such as, Star Trek, I Love Lucy & Titanic. It was as if attendees were celebrities amidst the historic walls of Paramount. The stages were set with the Los Angeles food scene thriving with culinary creations that were true representations of the diverse culture within our beloved city. Over a three-day, 5 event extravaganza of food & wine, enthusiasts were able to experience the “real” Los Angeles, and the richness that’s so much apart of being a Los Angeleno. The “real” city that’s found within our very own streets and hidden storefronts by tasting and getting to know the people and culture behind the foods.

Event host Jonathan Gold said it best, “It was a place where you could taste everything about Los Angeles with no boundaries, and understand the flavors of the city in which we actually live just a little bit better.”

Thanks to the event sponsors, and the incredible team behind The Los Angeles Times, The Taste. People were able to come together from all over to celebrate the diversity of our city one dish at a time.

Stay tuned for more in-depth coverage on some of our favorite sips & bites from The Taste! In the meantime, enjoy a few of Vineal Vixen’s Instagram snapshots.
