Q & A:

How did you get into wine?

-I wish I had a story that would tickle your fancy, but it was actually quite simple: my parents.  They opened my eyes to the art and culture of wine that went far beyond just another alcoholic beverage.

Tell me about VINIUM?

– Vinium is an Eco-Sensitive Super Premium California Winery, geared towards the Millenial generation in a effort to save the environment.  We craft only the highest quality wines and package them in the most current sustainable packaging. We’re essentially disrupting the wine industry by eliminating the use of the bottle & cork with a new age wine on tap system that doesn’t use outside gasses (such as a keg system) which allows for the wine to stay fresh for 6 weeks! I can’t give away too many details yet, but I can assure you that what we’re doing is going to be a revolution in the industry.  I owe my entire career to our brilliant managing partner Richard Cardoza- he’s a BOSS (erupts in laughter) I’m just so excited for everyone to see what we’ve been working on the past 2 years!

When can we expect to taste VINIUM?

By the end of SPRING 2013!  

If I may be presumptuous, how did you land the Clear Channel gig?  I’m very impressed.

– By keeping it ‘Sleek, Sexy & Powerful!’ (shout out to her Piloxing family)

Well aren’t you clever!  I guess we’ll move on.  What are your plans for the future?

– I’m studying to be a Sommelier, so when I hit that milestone it’ll be a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!  Outside of that you can find me setting new standards within the wine industry through social media platforms.
